We cannot and will not do that. #2 – If you received something anonymous in the mail with hate speech written in/on it, it was not sent thru us. #3 – If you placed an order that included hate speech, it was not sent and you will not receive a refund (you should have read our FAQ and Terms & Conditions pages).
