If, for some reason, an item is not received as intended, please let us know as soon as possible. We will investigate and do our best to make you happy by sending another or issuing an in-store credit.

We currently don’t offer any items that we consider returnable since we mainly offer products that are personalized and custom made to order. If there is an error with an item you ordered, then please let us know.

We also cannot guarantee that a gag item will get the desired affect from the person you give it to. Food grams are sold as gag gifts and not as a food items. Someone who opens a card suspiciously or in an unusual way may not get the desired effect. Items are sold as-is.

If an order is placed that contains an unacceptable custom message that violates our Terms and Conditions (ie: racist, threatening), we will not send the item and we will not issue a refund (causing someone at Funky Delivery to have to read your terrible message comes at a cost).

If we add any products that we consider returnable, or with a specific warranty/guarantee, then we’ll include that information on the product description page and update this page to reflect the change.
