If, for some reason, an item is not received, please let us know as soon as possible. We will investigate and do our best to make you happy by sending another or issuing an in-store credit.
We currently don’t offer any items that we consider returnable since we focus on products that are personalized and custom made to order. If there is an error with an item you ordered, then please let us know and we will send another.
We also cannot guarantee that a gag item will get the desired affect from the person you give it to. Food grams are sold as gag gifts and not as a food items. Items are sold as-is.
If we add any products that we consider returnable, or with a specific warranty/guarantee, then we’ll include that information on the product description page and update this page to reflect the change.
